Method One

Click to start the computer.  Go to the start menu bar and click to open it. Search installs and update button click to open it. Then search outlook messenger and open. After opening this update button shown on this text bar. Click the update button and follow the command when update your outlook messenger then install this properly then finally click on finish button. Restart your computer first. After this process use the outlook messenger.

Method Two

Click to start the computer. Go to the windows menu button and click to open the window. Into the search box type tools hit enter button. The tools menu is open then search account setting in to the tools. A new account setting windows will appear. Click on the email and then the double click on email address that you are unable to send emails. A pop up window will appear and then click on the more settings button. Then another internet email setting windows will appear. Go to the outgoing server tab. Select my outgoing server (SMTP) checkbox. Then click on same setting as in my incoming mail server then click on next button. Go with the instruction display on your screen. Then click ok button. Finally restart your PC.

Method Three

It is possible that the internet connection is temporary disable. Check the internet connection properly and make sure that there is strong connection between the computer and server.  Another way your connection not works properly then restores the internet connection setting. Go to the internet setting box and click to open it. Search reset button and click to reset the internet setting. Complete this process. Restart the computer.

Method Four

Click to start the computer. Go to windows start menu and click to open it.  In search box type firewall.cpl and press enter button then a firewall setting task bar is open. Click on turn windows firewall setting on or off button. in private network setting select turn off windows firewall setting, do same as public network setting and press ok button. After this process restart your computer.
